By creating an account or using LetFinflow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
LetFinflow is a personal finance management tool that allows you to track income and expenses, scan receipts, monitor net worth, and receive AI-generated financial insights. The service is provided on a credit-based system.
3. Credits & Payments
New users receive 50 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through the in-app store. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change with notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service.
5. Financial Disclaimer
LetFinflow provides financial tracking and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LetFinflow are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetFinflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
